Hyspecs started collaborating with Roadrunner on larger projects that required their specialised fabrication services. The engineering department at Hyspecs discovered the expertise and capabilities of Roadrunner, prompting the beginning of their productive working relationship. Jako himself has been personally dealing with Roadrunner for seven years, while the partnership between the two companies spans around a decade.
Roadrunner primarily supplies Hyspecs with custom framework and Hydraulic Tanks. Around 90% of the tanks are custom-sized, tailored to specific requirements, while the remaining 10% are standard stock. Steel is the preferred material for larger projects, while aluminium is utilised for smaller jobs. Jako emphasizes “the quality of Roadrunner’s products has been impeccable, meeting all expectations without any issues.”
A notable example for Jako of Roadrunner’s exceptional service was when Hyspecs had a customer with 23 garbage trucks that required Hydraulic Tanks urgently. Due to an oversight, the tanks were overlooked, and Hyspecs had a tight six-week deadline to fulfill the order.
Jako approached Roadrunner Sales Representative Keiran Jenkins for assistance, and he promptly provided a solution. Jako recalls, “Just one phone call with Keiran meant it was all sorted. Roadrunner delivered the required 23 100L Oval Square Hydraulic Tanks within the originally promised six weeks, but they went above and beyond by completing the order in just four weeks.” This enabled Hyspecs to fulfil their contract with the waste removal company who was in turn able to meet their obligations to the local council.
When asked about what sets Roadrunner apart from other fabricators, Jako emphasises their exceptional understanding of customer needs. He states, “They know what the customer wants or they find it out very quickly and that’s exactly what they produce.” Jacko has worked with Roadrunner on both large and small frameworks, custom projects, and standard products. Throughout his experience, he has never encountered any issues at all, and credits their outstanding comprehension of their customer base. Jako describes the experience of working with the Roadrunner team and Keiran as “Awesome” He appreciates the seamless communication and the confidence he has in their ability to deliver. Jako remarks, “You know you can put in your enquiry and sit back and relax – you’ll be in good hands”
