The OptiMAX 60X system features IntelliTRAX linear drive system, the high precision, traction drive technology designed exclusively for the abrasive waterjet environment, on both the X and Y axis rails capable of 1-micron resolution for high accuracy and performance. OMAX IntelliMAX Premium software designed for abrasive waterjet machining, operating on Windows 10, with wide screen display and mobile workstation, incorporating a durable work surface and consumable storage enables positioning of the controller to optimise cutting process viewing. Breakthrough OMAX pump technology delivers more jet power (nozzle HP) to the nozzle than other types of waterjet pumps at very low noise levels (<80 dB). This technology paired with fully integrated/automated pump control, reduces dependency on operators. The pinnacle in high performance abrasive waterjet machining, OptiMAX systems are compatible with the Programmable Z, Tilt-A-Jet or VersaJet cutting heads, as well as a full host of accessories.
