A costed machine proposal is presented including all the details of the purchase.
Once the proposal is signed, an invoice is created for the agreed deposit value.
An order is placed with OMAX in Seattle, USA, upon receipt of your deposit. Once OMAX has confirmed the order, and ETA for your new machine is provided.
When the machine lands in New Zealand the next agreed progress payment is made and the machine is delivered to your door.
Our technicians will install your machine and train you how to use it. They can also give you suggestions on maximising its application within your business.
Your OMAX customer account will provide access to software and full maintenance guides, diagrams and e-training options, it also includes marketing logos and photos to help promote your business.
Our technicians will be on hand to help you with any issues that may arise and undertake additional support required.
